Dr. Parish Sedghizadeh is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry (USC-SD) and Center for Craniofacial Molecular Biology (CCMB). He received his bachelor degree in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and went on to receive his D.D.S. degree from USC-SD. After his doctorate, he pursued specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at Ohio State University, where he attained an M.S. degree in oral biology and fellowship status in the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. In Ohio, Dr. Sedghizadeh was awarded fellowship in the American Cancer Society for conducting research at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute, investigating the early molecular events involved in the progression of head and neck cancer. As a Health Disparities Scholar for the National Institutes of Health – National Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIH-NCMHD), Dr. Sedghizadeh is engaged in their mission to promote minority health and to lead, coordinate and support the NIH effort to reduce health disparities.
Dr. Sedghizadeh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, and he conducts research, publishes, consults and teaches in this capacity. He also conducts continuing education courses in pathology, presents at national meetings, and is a member of several professional and research organizations. Dr. Sedghizadeh serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several revered journals, and consults for companies like the Washington Post (Kaplan Test Prep®), and the Gerson Lehrman Group as a member of their Council of Healthcare Advisors. Dr. Sedghizadeh currently provides clinical pathology services (diagnostic and therapeutic) to patients at USC-SD in the Oral Medicine Center and the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic, in addition to providing histopathologic (microscopic) evaluation, diagnosis and interpretation of maxillofacial biopsy specimens. His current research interests focus on craniofacial (jaw) osteonecrosis, characterization of biofilms with respect to the pathogenesis of craniofacial osteomyelitis, and collaborative epidemiologic studies into head and neck cancer with the Los Angeles Cancer Registry.

Dr. Hua-Bing Wen graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology (BUCMP) with highest honor, which has the best medical school for integrative medicine combining conventional medicine, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in China. He also earned a master degree in clinical integrative medicine from the same institute in Dong Zhi Men hospital, the teaching hospital of BUCMP where he worked at the department of emergency and internal medicine at as an attending physician for three years before immigrating to the states.
Studying and practicing Chinese medicine for almost 20 years, Dr. Wen is a master of treating patients from all angles with combinations of modalities to achieve the best effects. As a practitioner, he is specialized in a variety conditions ranging from chronic sinusitis, tinnitus, migraine headaches, anxiety and depression, pre and post-operative care as well as side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Dr. Wen has been an active faculty member at two local acupuncture colleges, Yo San University of TCM and Emperorʼs college of oriental medicine.

Teresa England, PT, MPT is a physical therapist with expertise in facial neuromuscular re-education and treatment of balance and vestibular disorders. She has established a practice with a reputation for excellence and high-level skill in rehabilitation. She is a member of the clinical faculty at Loma Linda University and is a highly sought after guest lecturer at Western University and Azusa Pacific University. She is a member of the prestigious House Ear Clinic Facial Nerve Team and is recognized nationally for her teaching in movement disorders related to gait and vestibular rehbiliation.
After graduating from with honors Pacific University, Teresa became a Clinical Instructor at the world-renowned Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center. She then joined the clinical faculty at the University of Southern California in the Department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy as Director of the faculty practice, USC Physical Therapy Associates. Following completion of an Post-Professional Masters at Loma Linda University, Teresa was among the first physical therapists in the United States to become certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and is one of only a few to attain Advanced Certification. Teresa’s extensive clinical experience provides a unique depth and breadth for comprehensive assessment and skillful treatment to allow for optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
