"I'm so glad I met Dr. Larian-- he's really one of a kind.  I would recommend him enthusiastically to anybody having thyroid surgery.  In particular I'm impressed that as busy as he is, he is so relaxed and good-natured in every single interaction and he really makes a patient feel at-ease and in good hands.  Most doctors cannot help but make you feel sicker and Dr. Larian is exactly the opposite.  I always came away from a conversation feeling strong and healthy and with peace-of-mind that I would be OK.  He even called my home at 10pm after the surgery to make sure I was doing well.    
 
 It's rare to find a doctor who takes a conservative approach to surgery while still being thorough and knowledgeable about your disease.  He truly respects your feelings and opinions and lets you be a partner in the decision-making process.  At one point when I was having doubts about how extensive a surgery I wanted, he acknowledged that he would also have a hard time making the choice, and was honest with me about the statistics either way.  In the end I decided to have the more minimal procedure-- provided he found no reason during surgery to go further.  Dr. Larian was extremely supportive of the decision I made-- though I'm sure he would have been equally so if I had gone the other way.   Again, Dr. Larian is a rare find."

I’m still blown away by the level of care I received from you and your office. I appreciated Shaye’s efficiency and professionalism and how she did everything in such a warm & friendly manner. You guys were amazing & you exceeded my expectations in every regard. In fact, you went above & beyond what most offices would be willing or able to do.

Our family has received wonderful care from some of the best doctors possible. They are all talented, reputable and experienced and we place you in that same league of doctors, although with one exception~what sets you apart form some of the best and the brightest of doctors is the level of your compassion & commitment to the patients well being. This dedication was evident form the moment you were willing to speak to me over the phone, to explain everything thoroughly (even having me conduct a self exam of my throat-which was both empowering and impressive), to reassure me while I faced contradictory evaluations, and to leave me with your cell phone number in case of any post op problems. Each of these, as well as your calling to check up on me, demonstrates how much you truly care about your patients.
